Mr. Davis owns 182 acres of land; his home farm is most desirably located in close proximity to the village of Spring Green; Mr. Davies has been a continual resident of Spring Green since 1853, and has taken an active part in the improving and advancement of the town; he is a citizen of much energy and enterprise, and takes a deep interest in the advancement of the educational and other public interest of general good.4
