William lived in the Wonewoc and Elroy areas. He was busy doing handyman work, small engine repair, mowing grass and farming. He enjoyed local fairs and tractor pulls, gas and steam engine shows, country western music and eating pie.

Survivors include his sons, Wayne Tiedtke of Reedsburg and Anthony (Amanda) Tiedtke of Mauston; granddaughter, Jordan Tiedtke; special friend, Joann Wastlick; siblings, Ramona Sorenson of Elroy, Judy (Dave) Johnson of Hillsboro, Jean (Bill) Mellentine of Reedsburg and Ronnie Tiedtke of Wisconsin Dells. He was preceded in death by his Parents; and wife, Susan Tiedtke.

Funeral Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at approximately 2:00 p.m. at the Pine Eden Cemetery in Wonewoc, with Pastor Robert Butler officiating. Visitation will be held at the Picha Funeral Home in Wonewoc on Thursday from 12 to 2 p.m.

Born Sept. 7, 1927, in Indiana, Pa., he was the son of Edward P. and Ruth Smeyers Weeks. He was a 1944 graduate of South Williamsport High School and the Lycoming College Class of 1952. Ed served in the U.S. Navy and was discharged in 1946. He was a charter member of the Northway Presbyterian Church, where he served many years as deacon and kitchen volunteer. Ed was an employee of E. Keeler Company for 43 years, retiring as sales manager.

Ed was an avid golfer and life-long member of the White Deer Municipal Golf Course. He enjoyed creating custom golf clubs for his many friends and others. He also enjoyed fishing, playing darts, bowling and memorable vacations with his family. Well-known for his amiable, honest nature and sense of humor, he was a loyal and dedicated spouse, father, grandfather and friend. He was a true gentleman.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Helen Gossage; and daughter, Karen Weeks-Tate. Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Ruth A. Weeks; son, David J. Weeks; grandsons, Michael Krall and Nicholas Tate; stepgranddaughter, Ashley Tate; and great-grandson, Caruso Krall.

A memorial service will be conducted at Northway Presbyterian Church, 1520 Northway Road, Williamsport, on Sunday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. The Pastor Ken Woods-Henderson, presiding.

Josh was a graduate of Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School Class of 2002 where he excelled in sports. He was a 4-year letter winner in both golf and volleyball. Josh was a former warehouse assistant manager with DriveKore, Inc. in Mechanicsburg. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed attending various racetracks and NASCAR events with his girlfriend Brooke. He especially appreciated the talents of his favorite driver, Danica Patrick.
Josh was a die-hard Miami Dolphins fan and loved his Penn State football. He was a devoted and faithful Philadelphia Phillies fan and whether they were winning or losing; Josh was always rooting for his team. Josh was also a dedicated supporter of the Lymphoma Society, often participating in their charity walks. He enjoyed traveling on family vacations to the New Jersey beaches but most of all he loved being with his family and friends. Josh was such a generous person that he would rather give than receive. Seeing smiles and happy expressions of joy on family and friends faces meant the world to him. He was a wonderful, loving and caring person who touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed.
In addition to his parents, Josh is survived by his brother Ryan J. Melick of Hummelstown; his loving and inseparable girlfriend Brooke Schuman of Wormleysburg; maternal grandparents William and Darla Young of Mechanicsburg; paternal grandfather Ronald Melick of Florida as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. Josh was preceded in death by his paternal grandmothers Vivian Skelding Melick and Dorothy Jean Melick.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Christ Community Church, 1201 Slate Hill Rd, Camp Hill. Burial will take place at Mechanicsburg Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 27th at Malpezzi Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg.

He was a US Army veteran and served a tour in Vietnam in 1967. He married Diane K. Crapp on September 20, 1969 in Potosi, WI. Jim owned and operated Farmer’s Feed Mill for many years, worked on his farm and worked for the Township of Hazel Green as a snowplow driver. Jim enjoyed gardening, fishing, drinking beer, he loved cheering on the Chicago Bears, but most of all, he enjoyed time spent with his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jim is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Diane; 3 daughters: Tammy (Steve) Miller of Waunakee, WI, Angela (Michael) Redfearn of Hazel Green, WI & Sara (Tim) Craugh of Hazel Green, WI; 6 grandchildren: Kalli & Katie Craugh, Austin & Gracie Redfearn and Devin & Darin Miller; 7 siblings: Mary Jane (David) Busch, Richard “Dick” (Mary Jean) DeMuth, Betty (Donnie) Dreessen, Joyce Uthe, Eunice Oster, Thomas “Tom” (Sandy) DeMuth & Joseph “Joe” (Janice) DeMuth; along with many nieces and nephews.

Loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, son that brought nothing but goodwill and lightheartedness to everyone he met. Jack was full of humor and loved a good prank. He was born on February 23, 1949 in Dodgeville, WI the son of Kenneth and Ramona (Baryenbruch) Stephens. Jack grew up on a farm, but soon after moved into Dodgeville. Known as George to his brothers and sister, he was the second child of seven children. Sports was a large part of Jack’s family. Jack loved baseball, basketball, football. Later in life, golf became his real passion. He loved and lived golf.

After high school Jack studied radio broadcasting at Brown Institute in Minneapolis. Went to work as a DJ at WDMP Dodgeville. Served his country in the Army Reserves. Afterwards Jack was employed by General Telephone/GTE/Verizon company for 33 plus years. President of the Lions Club, he loved being involved in community activities and being a “notable presence” at many sports events. Jack met his first wife Karen and started a family. Shannan was the first son, followed by Eric and Christopher. Jack loved teaching and playing various sports with his children. Later in life he met his second wife Julie, and gained two daughters, Tiffany and Kelly.

Preceded in death by his parents Ken and Monie Stephens. He is survived and will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Julie; his sons, Shannan (Nikki), Eric, Christopher (Jamie); daughters, Tiffany (Steve), Kelly (Brad); grandchildren, Alicyn, Madison, Will, Bodhi, Summer, Arya, Seneca, Derek, Daniela, Savannah; brothers, Dick (Deb), Tom (Julie), Jim (Deb), Den, Tim; sister, Julie (Bobby); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 1:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M. at the Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home in Spring Green, WI.
