In addition to his mother, he is also survived by a daughter, Cassandra Cozart and her husband, Mark of Manchester, Michigan; a son, Kenneth G. Johnson and his wife, Niki of Nicholasville, KY; a brother, Michael Edward Hoeft and his wife, Barbara; and a sister, Louise Ann Young and her husband, Billy; four grandchildren, Alexis and Nicholas Cozart, Peyton and Lorilee Johnson; three nephews and one niece.
