  • Frank owned a dairy farmer near Cazenovia, WI.

As a boy he fell in love with horses and it was his job to care for the team horses his father used for logging. Later, this interest expanded into the breeding of work horses. It was no coincidence that Frank's wife, Henrietta, was the daughter of a harness-maker.

Frank had his own dance band with his children as members. Lucille played banjo, Irene played piano, Marcella on drums, George on saxophone, Robert on clarinet, and Joanne played double bass.

Frank was choir director for St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church in Germantown (Cazenovia) for many years.
