During WWII he served in the military in the Armored Replacement Training Command at Fort Knox, KY. Hubie enjoyed people and during his lifetime made many friends who will remember him and miss him. Visitation at ST. MATTHEWS LUTHERAN CHURCH (1615 Wauwatosa Ave.), Thurs., Nov. 13, 2008, 11:00 AM-1:00 PM. Funeral Service 1:00 PM with the Rev. Gary Erickson officiating. Burial Wisconsin Memorial. If desired, memorials may be made to Luther Manor or St. Matthews Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Eileen Boissanault of Surprise, AR, 2 grandsons, Ronald Mayfield of Richland Center, David (Debbie) Piasceki of Gilbert, AR, 3 great grandson, Morgan, Mason and Jayden Mayfield, a great granddaughter, Aubrie Piasceki, a brother, Robert Holtz of Cross Plains, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Reba Holtz, a son, Kenneth Duhr and her husband, William Duhr. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Stafford Funeral Home in Richland Center. Rev. Craig Peach will officiate with burial in the Richland Center Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the Stafford Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.
