He was born on December 8, 1952 in Reedsburg, WI, the son of Theodore and Irma (Leigh) Jaquish. He married Pat Casati on June 1, 1979 at the Reedsburg United Methodist Church. A graduate of Weston High School, class of 1971, he was active in sports, 4-H and youth fellowship. Reggie attended UW-Madison, graduating with a degree in Dairy Science. He went on to partner with his father on the family farm in Hillpoint, WI. Later in life, he found his professional passion in land surveying, having earned another degree at MATC. He then started his own surveying practice, was a member of the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors, as well as a member and past president of the Madison Area Surveyors’ Council. Reggie was a very active member of the Reedsburg United Methodist Church, where he sang in the choir and helped initiate the church’s Hispanic Ministry. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bill.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 25, 2014 at 2:30 P.M. in the Reedsburg United Methodist Church with Pastor Marvin Singh officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the Farber Funeral Home from 5-7 P.M. and again at the church on Friday from 1:30 P.M. until the time of service. Private family burial will be made in Big Willow Cemetery, Richland County. The family requests memorials of remembrance to be made to Agrace Hospice Care or the Reedsburg United Methodist Church in lieu of flowers.

Visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass. Memorials may be made to St. Luke’s School Endowment Fund or to a charity of choice. As a young woman, Loraine worked on the family farm, worked at Badger Ordinance in Baraboo, WI and then moved to Milwaukee in her late teens to work as a bookkeeper at Blatz Brewing Company. She married Steve Urbanek in 1946 and started a family in Milwaukee. Steve was a home builder, broker & realtor and Loraine became the interior decorator for his model homes. In 1973, she and Steve moved the family to Fort Lauderdale, FL to further his construction career.

Loraine is preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Steve G. Urbanek, and her youngest son, Thomas Urbanek who passed in 2013. She is survived by 7 sons and 3 daughters: Stephan (Susan) of Oakland Park, Robert (Patricia) of Hutchinson Island, David (Daryl) of Waukesha, WI, Russell (Nenita) of Boca Raton, Jeffrey (Debra) of Leesburg, James (Dixie) of Delray Beach, Jon (Lisa) of St Augustine, Mary Beth Ahmed-Yahia (Brahim) of Waukesha, WI, Susan Scheetz (Rick) of New Smyrna Beach, Lori Bancale (Giovanni) Brussels, Belgium. She has 31 Grandchildren and 26 Great grandchildren.

For those of you familiar with Loraine, you know her life circled around family. She had eternal love for her husband. She stayed close with her sisters, sister(s) in law, brothers, and brother(s) in laws who were spread out across the states. She had unconditional and everlasting love for all her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her best memories were spent with family during family events. Many of her greatest gifts to them consisted simply of her homemade treasures; pies, potato salad, stuffed sock monkey dolls, baby quilts and other precious items that were spectacular and will be remembered and valued by all. Her other favorite past time was her love of shopping with her daughters and other girls in the family to see and wear the latest fashion trends and keep up with latest styles.

She will be forever missed and dearly loved by all.

Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Wisconsin.

Mr. Yanke was born on Jan. 9, 1960 in Richland Center, the son of Harley and Irene (Liegel) Yanke. On Aug. 8, 1981 he was united in marriage to the former Lucinda M. Wiese.

Mr. Yanke was a lifelong farmer in the Township of Franklin. His greatest joy and love was spending time with his wife and two children. He enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, taking rides on his Harley Davidson motorcycle and just being outdoors. He also enjoyed collecting toy tractors. He was proud to have had the opportunity to take the hunting trip of a lifetime to the Ukraine in October 2009.

Mr. Yanke is survived by his wife, Lucinda; his son, Nicholas Yanke; his mother, Irene Yanke, of Plain; 11 brothers and sisters, Don (Pat) Yanke, of Loganville, Mary (Tom) Lamp, of DeForest, Stan (Terri) Yanke, of Avoca, Harlan (Diane) Yanke, of Waunakee, Patty (Ken) Ruda, of LaCrosse, Gene Yanke, of DeForest, Rose (Bob) Jeffers, of DeForest, Janet (Mark) Gilliland, of Plover, Ann (Jim) Kowaleck, of Massachuetts, Marilyn (Jeff) Stieve, of Thiensville and Paul (Ann) Yanke, of Loganville; his father and mother-in-law, Lester and Lerna Mae Wiese, of Loganville; his brother-in-law, Larry (Linda) Wiese, of Loganville; his sister-in-law, Laurie (Larry) Ahrensmeyer, of Baraboo; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Alicia, on Aug. 12, 2007; his father, Harley Yanke; one sister, Joyce Yanke and one brother, Tom Yanke.

Funeral services were June 14 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Loganville with Pastor Christopher Miller officiating. Interment was in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, rural Rock Springs, Township of Westfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorials toward an education fund for his son, Nicholas, would be appreciated.

He was born on June 24, 1932 in the Town of Westfield, Sauk County, the son of Edward and Ruth (Rose) Wiese. Lester was a 1950 graduate of Reedsburg High School. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving with the U.S. Army. On October 21, 1961, he was married to the former Lerna Mae Schulte. Lester was a lifelong farmer in the Town of Westfield and a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Stone Church. He was a fifty year board member of the Zion Lutheran Cemetery Association. Lester served as chairman of the Westfield Town Board, a member of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors and also served as president of the Loganville Village Board. He was a lifelong member of the Hillpoint VFW Post 3434. Survivors include his wife: Lerna Mae; three children: Lucinda (Larry) Erbs, of Elroy; Larry (Linda) Wiese, of Loganville and Laurie (Larry) Ahrensmeyer, of Baraboo; two grandchildren: Nicholas Yanke, and his fiance, Lucia Sanchez, and Allison Ahrensmeyer; four step-grandchildren: Emily, Travis, Nathan and Jacob Erbs; his sister-in-law: Phyllis Schenck, of Reedsburg; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter: Alicia Yanke; his son-in-law: Robert Yanke; two sisters: Valera Schuck and Rosemond Lichte; and one brother: Edmund Wiese. A private family graveside will be held in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, rural Rock Springs. A visitation and memorial service will be held at a later date.
