He is survived by two brothers, Tony Brickl of Spring Green and Norbert (Rita) Brickl of Sauk City; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friends, Craig, Jean, Amanda and Austin Sandmire, Gary and Carol Brickl, Doug and Tracy Pape, and Curt and Jean Hooverson. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Brickl; and two sisters, MaryAnne Wipperfurth and Anne Brickl. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. NORBERT CATHOLIC CHURCH, Roxbury, at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 23, 2012. A luncheon will be held in the church basement. Following the luncheon, burial will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery. Friends may call at HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, Sauk City, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45am on Friday, November 23, 2012.

She was the first of nine children; Janette (Alfred) Umhoefer, Ann (Corliss) Deets, Cecile Feiner, Arlene Feiner, Rudy (Ilene) Feiner, Alice Sacca, Phyllis Feiner, and Ken (Deniece) Feiner. Herman and Cecilia raised their family on a farm in Wilson Creek near Spring Green, WI. Delphine worked in Madison, WI after high school and she met Anthony (Tony) Ruhland when he returned to Plain, WI. after serving in the U.S. Navy during WWII. They were married in 1949 at St. Luke’s Catholic Church. Delphine and Tony were long-time residents of Plain and both had been employed with Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc. Delphine was devout in her faith, active in church activities and busy with her children and family. Her interests included reading, music, dancing and traveling around the USA and other countries. After Tony died in 1989, Delphine continued to do volunteer work with the library and American Legion in Plain and some years later moved to Madison where she volunteered with the Red Cross, Wisconsin DOT and at various schools. Delphine and Dr. Robert Walton, Sr. also a widower (Janice) were introduced to each other by a mutual friend and they were married in 2006 at St. Olaf Catholic Church in Deforest, WI. Delphine enjoyed living with Bob on his farm, Simmental Valley, and enjoyed sharing in Bob’s enthusiasm for his Simmental Cattle and his work in genetics for the improvement of livestock. They traveled extensively, until Delphine’s illness restricted her to assisted living care. In addition to Bob Walton and his children (Cindy, Robert Jr., and John) Delphine leaves three children; Dale (Dawn) Ruhland, Mark (Supattra) Ruhland, Carl (Alejandra) Ruhland, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She also leaves many other family and friends here and abroad. The family would like to extend its appreciation to the staff of Artisan Assisted Living, Prairie Gardens and Agrace Hospice for providing such wonderful care to Delphine. A Mass in Memory of Delphine will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 1240 Nachreiner Avenue, Plain,WI. Fr. Mike Resop will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday at St. Luke’s Catholic Church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass at 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in memory of Delphine to Agrace HospiceCare, 5395 E. Cheryl Parkway, Fitchburg, WI 53711. The Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home in Spring Green is assisting the family with arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Anna Liegel; her husband, Raymond J. Brickl; four brothers, Ed, Alfred, Dick and Florian "Duffy" Liegel; two sisters, Florence Alt and Marian Layton; and two infant brothers. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at 11 a.m. at ST. LUKE'S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Plain. Father Mike Resop will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 28, 2011, at the RICHARDSON-STAFFORD FUNERAL HOME from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Tuesday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass. She was a dedicated wife and mother, whose endless love enriched her family throughout her 98 years.

Lucille is survived by her children, Linda (Earl) Munson, Madison; David (Becky) Ray, Spring Green; Jean Ray (Phil Weinfurter), Verona; Lorraine (Keith) Ochalla, Sun Prairie; Maureen (Jesse) Gilbertson, Spring Green; and eight Grandchildren and nine Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Virgil; and her six siblings Albert Weidner, Marie Bindl, Margaret Richardson, Norman Weidner, Delores Feiner and Mildred Nondorf.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church in Spring Green on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. Fr. Garrett Kau will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 9:30 A.M. until the time of Mass at 11:00 A.M.

They were the first couple married in the present St. Luke's Catholic Church in Plain. He preceded her in death in 1989. Lucy was a homemaker and when her husband, Reinhold, worked for Kraemer's, she cooked for the men. Lucy and her husband ran a tavern, farmed for many years and then operated a chicken business until their retirement in Plain. Lucy loved playing cards and marbles. Survivors include a daughter, Darlene Connors of Spring Green; two sons, Duane (Iza) Pretsch of Spring Green and Gary Pretsch of Plain; three daughters-in-law, Darlene (LeRoy) Huffman and Beverly (LeRoy) Pretsch of Spring Green and Roberta (Kenneth) Pretsch of Beloit; 27 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; a brother, Cletus (Dorothy) Alt of Plain; and two sisters-in-law, Florence (Henry) Goetz of Tacoma, Wash. and Marie (Damian) Bauer of Spring Green. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Reinhold, she was preceded in death by three sons, Gerald Alt, Kenneth and Leroy Pretsch; a daughter, JoAnn Drea; two grandsons, Allen Pretsch and Scott Alt; a granddaughter, Threasa Pretsch; a great-grandson, Scott Pretsch; two brothers, Anthony and Edward Alt; and two sons-in-law, Thomas Drea and Richard "Butch" Connors. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2005, at ST. LUKE'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, Plain. The Rev. Fr. Mike Resop will preside. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Bob worked for Kraemer Brothers for 44 years which led to a passion for building, tinkering and acquiring a garage full of tools.
Anyone who was family or friend to Bob knew that he was also a baker and loved to share his ooey, gooey goodies and special creations. He also loved polka music and could listen to it for hours.
Bob married Diane (Valley) Bindl on July 12, 1975. Together they enjoyed 45 years of traveling, camping and attending country music festivals with family and friends. Everyone in the huge extended family that they shared loved and adored Uncle Bob. He was always willing and eager to lend a helping hand.
Bob is survived by his wife, Diane (Valley) Bindl of Richland Center, two sisters Carol Purcell and Joanne (Bill) Hall and brother Ralph Bindl, three sisters in law, Dolora (Don) DeKeyrel, Patricia Bruemmer and Rose (Jason) Terk as well as many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Rita (Richard) Hall and in laws June and Gerald Lambert, James (Mavis) Valley, Gerald (Marlyn) Valley, Donald and Theresa Valley, Michael Valley and Glen (Patricia) Bruemmer.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020, at 11:30 A.M. at St. John’s Catholic Church in Spring Green. Fr. John Silva will officiate his burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020, at St. John’s Catholic Church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass. Social distancing and face masks are suggested. The Stafford Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

He was a veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict in the United States Marine Corps, serving in the South Pacific. After service he worked in construction from 1952 until his retirement in 1990. He was united in marriage to Dolores Weidner on August 6, 1955. Francis had a passion for the outdoors. Whether it would be fishing with his brothers in the summer, ice fishing in the winter, hunting of any kind, or working countless hours at the farm in Wilson Creek, this made him happiest. The love for family and friends was his priority and he always had a story to tell. Francis was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church, a lifetime member of the Spring Green American Legion Post #253 and the Madison Carpenters Local #314. Survivors include his 4 children, Lillian Feiner of Athens, WI, Mark (Lori) Feiner of Cross Plains, Mary (Chris) Blum of Verona, Kelly (Charlene) Feiner of Spring Green, 5 grandchildren, Jessica (Joe) Virnich, Emily Feiner, Sam and Isaac Blum, Riley Feiner, a great grandson, Liam Virnich, 6 siblings, Dorothy Brickl, Virginia Altenbach, Val (Barbara) Feiner, Sister Pauline Feiner, Geraldine (James) Frank, Stanley Feiner, a sister-in-law, Loraine Feiner, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Amelia Feiner, his wife, Dolores Feiner, 6 siblings, Rita Bauer, Caroline Guttmann, Ralph Feiner, Cecelia Feiner, Dick Feiner and Cyril Feiner. A Mass in memory of Francis will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John’s Catholic Church in Spring Green. Fr. John Silva will officiate with burial in the church cemetery where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Spring Green American Legion Post #253. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 9:00 A.M. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John’s Endowment Fund. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Greenway Terrace, St. Mary’s Hospice, and the Spring Green EMS for their compassionate and loving care. Weidner died on 11 April 2014 at age 81 Mildred C. “Millie” Nondorf, age 81, passed away peacefully in the presence of her children on Friday, April 11, 2014 at Greenway Manor Nursing Home in Spring Green. She was born in Spring Green Township (Wilson Creek) on June 19, 1932, the youngest daughter of the late John and Lillian (Meixelsperger) Weidner. After graduating from SpringGreenHigh School, she worked for the telephone company and at the “beer depot.” She was united in marriage to Herbert J. “Herb” Nondorf at St. John’s Catholic Church in Spring Green on May 4, 1968. The couple farmed in the village of Avoca until her beloved Herb’s death on February 16, 1974. After her husband’s death, Millie’s focus turned to her two very young children, Kathy and Norm. She and the children later moved to Spring Green to be closer to her family. To support her children, while still being at home for them, she operated Millie’s House of Children family daycare in her home for 16 years. Millie was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church, Spring Green, playing an active role in numerous church bake sales. While Millie prepared many memorable meals and dishes over the years, she was especially talented in the area of baking cookies and bars for her family and friends. In later years, Millie enjoyed solving word searches, playing euchre, and following the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and Wisconsin Badgers. She is survived by her children, Kathryn Nondorf (special friend Jon Spansail) of Spring Green and Norman (Kari) Nondorf of Waunakee, and her most precious grandson Benton. She is further survived by a sister, Lucille Ray of Sun Prairie; a brother-in-law, Francis Feiner of Spring Green; three sisters-in-law, Irene Salava of Boscobel, Lorraine Schram of Lone Rock, and Alice Nondorf of Avoca; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant grandson, Noah Anthony; two brothers, Albert Weidner and Norman Weidner; three sisters, Marie Bindl, Margaret Richardson, and Dolores Feiner; a sister-in-law, Genevieve Weidner; and three brothers-in-law, Alfred Bindl, Alvin (Bill) Richardson, and Virgil Ray. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST CATHOLIC CHURCH, Spring Green, at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. Fr. Michael Resop will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. John’s Catholic School Endowment Fund. The Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home in Spring Green is assisting the family with arrangements.
