Trimble, died last Tuesday and was buried on Friday, and the next day, his brother George W. Trimble was taken bad sick and it was thought that he was dying. His family was called to his side, but he revived since when he was seen better, but his condition is still considered serious and his death is expected at any time. Both C.C. Trimble and George W. were paralytics and it was a race as to which would die first. It is thought that the death of his brother, had the effect of causing him to relapse. He is at the home of his daughter, Mr. John Terwillinger, south of Windfall. Christopher Trimble was born in Grayson, Virginia in 1828 to John and Susan Jane (Nuckols) Trimble. He married Lydia McCormick in Sardin, Decatur County, Indiana on Aug. 4, 1950. They had the following children:

A retired Pennsylvania railroad engineer, the deceased man had been ill since about last October. Masonic funeral rites will be read at 7 p.m. Friday in Jones and Placke funeral home, Richmond, with Rev. Robert Fribley, of the Central Methodist church, Richmond, conducting a religious service at 8:30 p.m. in the funeral home. The body will lie in state from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday in the Windfall Methodist church, and Rev. George Dunham will conduct a graveside service before burial in Brookside cemetery. Friends are also invited to call at the Richmond funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday. Born elsewhere, the deceased man moved to a farm near Windfall while a child. He married the former Miss Martha L. Trimble, daughter of C.C. and Julia Trimble of the Windfall community. A member of the Central Methodist church at Richmond, the former county resident also belonged to Webb lodge 24, F. and A. M., which recently presented him a 50-year Masonic membership pin. He was also a member of the Brotherhood
of Locomotive Firemen and Engineers.
Survivors include the widow; two brothers, Harry Allen, of Louisville, Ky., and Harlan Allen, of Detroit, Mich; and a number of nieces and nephews.
