Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 31, at St. Mary's Church, East Dubuque, Ill., with the Rev. Jim Parker and the Rev. Cy Weisensel concelebrating. Burial will be in East Dubuque Cemetery, East Dubuque.
